Meanwhile, the ocean liner Noahtic sets sail for its inaugural journey, and Count Blitz Enders, a pompous aristocrat, openly expresses disdain for the presence of commoners on board. Just days earlier, William revealed his scheme to transform society by immersing London in chaos, orchestrating a series of murders aimed at enlightening the common people about the nobility's exploitation, with Blitz as his first target.
