Eugene Franks, who was apprehended by Henry in 1978 for conspiring to bomb the SBPD, has his conviction overturned by the D.A. and is set free. When Shawn is tasked with unraveling the case, his father insists on lending a hand. However, as they delve deeper, Shawn discovers that the situation is far more complex than he initially believed.
