The mysterious vanishing of an antique motorcycle signals the beginning of a dark turn of events. Soon, a series of gruesome murders unfold, with each victim found decapitated, reportedly at the hands of a headless motorcyclist. As Kolchak delves deeper into the case, he learns that all the victims were part of a motorcycle gang from the 1950s. A prank gone wrong involving a rival gang member, Harold "Swordsman" Baker, led to his accidental decapitation. Baker's spirit took vengeance on the gang until his remains were properly united. However, after his grave was disturbed, his head and body were separated again. Now, Kolchak must race against time to reunite them before the vengeful ghost claims more lives.
