A father struggles to calm his adventurous baby, who is crying uncontrollably. Meanwhile, Fred and Carrie receive approval from the Mayor of Portland, played by Kyle MacLachlan, to launch a grassroots initiative aimed at stopping the Olympics from being held in the city. In another storyline, a canoe dancer cleverly transforms what appears to be a misstep in his performance into a stunning conclusion. Additionally, two bike valets face challenges while trying to locate a dissatisfied customer’s bike, which belongs to Johnny Marr.
