Gomez grows increasingly disheartened, mistakenly believing Morticia is receptive to Vlad's advances. Meanwhile, Wednesday, Pugsley, and Fester work to thwart Vlad's plans. The situation escalates into a quirky duel between Gomez and Vlad, featuring an array of unusual weapons like pillows and thumb wrestling. Ultimately, Wednesday successfully finishes the incantation, sending Vlad back to his grave once more.
