In his diary, he reflects on a news piece predicting that humans will communicate with aliens by 2025, which causes him to fret about the possibility of aliens probing his thoughts. Additionally, he comes across a story about a baby resembling a frog, prompting him to muse that life might be more intriguing if various types of humans existed.
