Two years earlier, Mikey discovers that Kazutora is in conflict with the Black Dragons, a rival motorcycle gang, and resolves to confront them too. However, he seeks a meaningful reason to engage in this battle. Baji proposes the idea of forming their own motorcycle gang, one where they can risk everything for one another. He has been fighting solo to uphold the promise they made when they founded their gang, pooling their resources to purchase a traffic safety charm as a symbol of their bond.
