Tensions flare once more when a white undercover cop accidentally shoots his black partner. Meanwhile, a temporarily sightless Buntz teams up with Belker to go undercover as homeless individuals. Hill and Renko stumble upon a series of skinned corpses, raising the stakes in their investigation. Additionally, Joyce steps in to support a shopkeeper who has resorted to displaying Nazi memorabilia as a means to deter potential thieves.
