Coffey steps in to resolve a heated dispute between a furious landlord and a tenant who claims that a water stain on his wall resembles the Virgin Mary. Meanwhile, Furillo seeks to mend his family ties with his parents. Buntz employs a character named "Officer Giblet" to orchestrate a drug bust. At the same time, the team engages in a friendly rivalry during a tug of war competition to raise money for charity.
