Following a tumultuous breakup, The Colonel and Katja become embroiled in a conflict between the town and the military base. Captain Maggie steps in, attempting to ease the friction between the former couple and broker a peace agreement. At the same time, Major Shah is in need of some extra cash and gets unwittingly involved in a lobster smuggling operation alongside Papadakis.
