He introduces her to the fundamentals of Rarámuri music and takes her to his cherished barbacoa restaurant. Additionally, Pati is welcomed into Chef Ana Rosa Beltrán del Río’s kitchen, where they prepare traditional Chihuahuan dishes and explore the intricate technique of drying chiles.
