Pati travels to the enchanting town of Maní to delve into the sacred relationship between the Mayans and their bees, particularly the endangered Melipona, a stingless bee indigenous to Yucatán. She is welcomed by a cooperative of women dedicated to preserving these bees, who invite her to partake in a Mayan energy cleansing ceremony featuring buñuelos made from Melipona honey. Following this, Pati visits a family practicing the "Solar Maya" lifestyle, cultivating all their own food in harmony with traditional methods.
