The vibrant nightlife of New Orleans takes a dark turn as the EMTs rush to the scene of a horrific stabbing, deal with a beer bottle assault, and respond to a car crash that has left an infant injured. Amidst the chaos, they also encounter a belligerent patient who attempts to bite the hands of those trying to help him.
