Officers Roni and Cooper pursue a suspect on foot after a stabbing incident at a nightclub. Meanwhile, Fire Rescue's Doug and Stokes work urgently to save a man who has been shot in the throat. In another part of the city, Will and Dimitri chase down a carjacker, leading them to the rooftop of an apartment building.
