Country music star Keith Urban steps in as the Mega Mentor to guide the artists as they gear up for the Knockouts. The coaches match up two artists, allowing them to perform solo in head-to-head battles, after which each coach chooses a winner to advance to the Playoffs. Additionally, each coach has the chance to steal one artist who is not selected.
