Officer John Nolan is advancing toward his goal of becoming a training officer. To prepare, he is assigned to mentor Officer Aaron Thorson while also investigating the circumstances surrounding another officer’s suicide. At the same time, Lucy’s triumph in her undercover mission leads to an opportunity for elite training in Sacramento, prompting her to reflect on whether this is the right direction for her career.
