Meri's bid for the bed and breakfast gets the green light! However, she finds herself short on funds for the down payment and turns to her family for assistance. Kody initially agrees to help, but soon discovers he doesn’t have the cash available. Ultimately, he backs out, leaving Meri to figure out how to gather the necessary amount by herself.
