In Swannanoa, Kevin lends a hand to Jim's brother Bill as they work on tiling a bathroom. He then teams up with roofers JD and his son Jayden in North Asheville. Later, in East Asheville, Kevin collaborates with builder Will to tackle rot and repair the deteriorating section of Paula's deck.
