Addison and Sam embark on a hike in Malibu and stumble upon a pregnant couple stuck in their vehicle following an accident. They quickly jump into action, providing essential first aid. Meanwhile, Charlotte, Cooper, and Violet are tasked with helping a newlywed who has overdosed on Viagra on his wedding night. In another part of town, Pete and Sheldon hit up a bar, only to find themselves both smitten with the same woman, leading to an unexpected rivalry.
