When a husband opts to terminate life support for his pregnant wife, a judge intervenes, mandating that she remains on life support until the fetuses she is carrying as a surrogate can survive. Meanwhile, Naomi grapples with feelings of betrayal upon discovering Sam and Addison's mutual attraction, prompting her to seek comfort from Dr. Fife while William is out of town for work.
