Chase and Jessica, new parents devoted to family, have spent the last four months staying at Grandma's house and are now ready to find their ideal city home where they can settle down and host gatherings. The Property Brothers come to the rescue, aiming to align the couple's budget with their dreams of luxury, but it requires taking on a significant renovation they had hoped to steer clear of. Drew works hard to secure an undervalued property at a reasonable price, while Jonathan quickly faces budget challenges.
