Kate and Cole, the ultimate social butterflies, have spent enough time in their rented house and are eager to move on to their first home. They’re seeking a place with an open floor plan that allows for entertaining friends, along with ample room for their two dogs. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan present several fixer-uppers that could suit their needs perfectly, but Kate and Cole are uncertain about the renovations and expenses involved in turning these properties into their dream home.
