Sandra lands a position at the budget-friendly Channel 87 after her unsuccessful audition for the weathergirl role. The station manager offers her a new opportunity to host her very own talk show. Mary, Lester, Rose, and Pearl all agree to participate, discussing lighthearted topics like bake sales and rummage events. However, the station manager insists on including "Sex In The 80's" as a segment, leaving the group feeling uneasy—except for Pearl, who seems unfazed by the idea.
