The grand opening of Club St. Clair takes place, but Bumpy finds himself needing to settle a tax with Colombo. Meanwhile, Frank is looking for a way to shield himself from the Italians who are out to get him. Colombo, on the other hand, deals with the pressure from the FBI. Sadiq begins to confide in Elise, while Mayme encounters a financial hurdle that stands in the way of her joining the Fine Arts Board.
