S3E2 Voltage-A-Rooney

Title: Voltage-A-Rooney Plot: Maddie recruits Liv to create an enormous Paulie Porcupine head for the upcoming Homecoming parade. However, while goofing off with a prop from Liv's show "Voltage," Joey and Parker inadvertently ruin their hard work. Now, Maddie and Liv must figure out how to salvage the situation before the parade begins.
