S3E11 Toot's New Friend

Title: Toot's New Companion Plot: Hoot and Toot are beginning to explore independence, with Hoot tasked with a delivery. Meanwhile, Toot finds that all the other chuggers are preoccupied and cannot join him for play. An air of anticipation fills the tracks as a new trainee is set to arrive in Chuggington! The chuggers rush back to the depot to welcome Piper when she gets there.
