Harm and Mac travel to Belfast, Ireland, after the child of Navy Lieutenant Nivens goes missing, with a note implicating Lorcan Barnes of the IRA—the child’s father. Upon their arrival, they clash with the Royal Police, who propose “negotiating” with the IRA for the baby’s safe return. Frustrated by the lack of support, they decide to investigate the IRA independently. They follow a tip to a bar, where a local shows Mac how to throw darts and discreetly suggests she visit an abandoned storefront. Meanwhile, Harm and the mother of the child take the risk to check it out, while Mac hops on a bus to divert the police away from them.
