As the Tanners get ready to celebrate Christmas in a cozy cabin, ALF's curiosity leads him to accidentally leap into the trunk of the cabin's owner during a surprise visit. Unbeknownst to him, he is then whisked away to a hospital and mistakenly given as a Christmas present to a young girl. Chaos ensues as the Tanners scramble to rescue ALF from his unexpected festive fate.
