Wesley's dog, Spot, is causing chaos as he relentlessly trails the neighbor's prized poodle. Frustrated, George and Marsha insist that Wesley take Spot to the vet for neutering. However, it soon becomes clear that Wesley didn’t heed their advice, as a swarm of puppies suddenly fills the Owens' home.
