Kevin is eager to advance his relationship with his roommate Casey, but their plans are derailed when Wendy and her husband drop by for a visit. Wendy's lingering attraction to Kevin becomes evident, complicating things further. Meanwhile, a rowdy family from the countryside moves in nearby, causing chaos for Wesley, Heather, and George as they deal with the new neighbors' antics.
