Ann proudly earns the coveted title of "Miss New York has Everything" and takes part in a promotional segment for the city, where she bakes a delicious fruit-topped cheesecake using local ingredients. However, while mixing the batter, she accidentally drops her ring into the mixture. To complicate things further, the cheesecake is sent to New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller's residence for a state dinner. After all the chaos, Ann discovers that her ring never made it to the governor's cake at all!
