Clint and Luke take on the challenge of transforming a single-level triplex into a two-story family residence. Sticking to a Craftsman-style aesthetic, they incorporate locally sourced materials while simultaneously infusing a contemporary vibe by expanding the living areas. Investing heavily in such an unconventional renovation is a gamble, but there’s no better location to take that risk than in Boise’s desirable North End.
