In an attempt to gain acceptance from a group of high school delinquents in the 1950s, Charley Belasco takes a reckless dare that leads him to commit a serious crime, resulting in a 20-year prison sentence. After serving his time, he emerges from behind bars consumed by vengeance, embarking on a deadly quest to track down the former classmates who rejected him and left him to face the consequences alone.
