Starsky and Hutch, teamed up with three other detectives, take part in a significant drug operation that results in the confiscation of pure cocaine valued at three million dollars. However, after the successful bust, the pair find themselves in hot water when a million dollars' worth of the drugs goes missing. They must race against the clock to exonerate themselves within 48 hours.
