Following a lively gathering at the Hacker Hostel, Richard and Erlich discover that Peter Gregory will hold off on funding until they present a solid business plan featuring a leaner team. In a state of urgency, Richard brings on Jared, a former employee of Belson, and they begin the task of cutting unnecessary positions. Meanwhile, Gilfoyle and Dinesh prove to be invaluable assets, leaving Big Head’s role within the company hanging in the balance.
