A couple finds themselves at odds over the decision to sell their small 1100-square-foot house. While it’s clear their expanding family needs more space, they hesitate to relocate since David's elderly aunt lives next door. Hilary focuses on creating a plan to add a third bedroom, while David is actively searching the neighborhood for a larger home to accommodate their needs.
