S1E15 Duel at Shiloh

In this episode, we discover how Steve Hill found his way to Shiloh Ranch. After running away from home in pursuit of a cowboy life, he encounters the seasoned cowboy Johnny Wade (Brian Keith), who offers guidance and helps Steve land a job at a new ranch owned by Georgia Price (Geraldine Brooks). Georgia aims to turn a quick profit, even if it means damaging the common range through overgrazing. She uses her charm to persuade Johnny to lead her plan, which ultimately puts them at odds with Judge Garth and, eventually, with Steve. As tensions rise, Steve departs for Shiloh, leading to a tense confrontation with his former mentor, Johnny.
