Sonic, Manic, and Sonia stumble upon an abandoned infant in an alley and set out to locate the baby's parents. Manic becomes especially attached to the little one and, against Sonic and Sonia's wishes to take the baby to a shelter, he believes the child would be better off at the Underground sanctuary.
