Buffy agrees to have dinner with Principal Wood, but she’s suspicious about what he really wants. Meanwhile, Xander goes on a date with a girl he met at the hardware store. The First attempts to manipulate Andrew into killing the potential Slayers. Additionally, Giles returns from China with a new Potential, but he finds it difficult to communicate due to the language differences.
