Stabler and Beck clash over their approach to a case concerning a rapist whose violence is intensifying. Beck finds herself becoming overly emotionally invested in the victims, prompting Stabler to caution her about getting too close. The main witness, a pregnant woman, insists that she hasn’t been assaulted multiple times by the suspect, who seems to have a disturbing intent to impregnate his victims.
