Great Slaughter becomes the backdrop for the summer tour of the children's TV program 'Jolly Roger,' much to the irritation of editor Dinah Morgan. The atmosphere takes a dark turn when Dinah is found suffocated on set during a live broadcast. Sister Boniface is summoned to unravel the mystery and identify the culprit behind this shocking act.
