Airside Safety Officer Glenn collaborates with Air Traffic Control to ensure that both runways remain operational and free from obstacles. At the Animal Reception Centre, staff encounter an array of unusual creatures, ranging from pet ferrets to a wild tiger. Meanwhile, terminal staff assist passengers, including a man who finds himself stranded at the airport after his deportation from Thailand and a family searching for their young relatives who have gone missing in the Arrivals area.
