As Fred rummages through the house looking for a hairpin to repair the toaster, he stumbles upon a hidden cache of cash stashed away by Wilma. Wanting to teach her a lesson, he decides to spend the money on a new bowling ball, not realizing that Wilma has been saving that very amount to surprise him with the same ball for his upcoming birthday.
