The boot camp transforms into a coastal getaway as chefs Anne Burrell and Cliff Crooks challenge the recruits to dive into classic summer fare. The competition kicks off with a relay race where teams must create a beach picnic basket, featuring crab cakes along with a sauce and salad. For the main event, the chefs crank up the grill, asking the recruits to prepare grilled fish dinners. While some navigate the task with ease, one recruit, whose dish falls short, will have to depart as the sun sets on their culinary journey.
