During the second-to-last skill drill challenge, the recruits take on the role of remote-control chefs, guiding Alton Brown and Anne Burrell in preparing a dish they can neither see nor taste. In the main dish challenge, the recruits are tasked with creating a steak entrée. With the pressure on, only those who craft the two standout dishes will advance to the finale.
