While flying a plane, the mayor encounters trouble when a group of seagulls wreaks havoc, causing a wing flap to break. With the aircraft in jeopardy, the Paw Patrol springs into action, determined to assist the mayor and restore control. As they devise a plan to fix the wing flap, teamwork and bravery shine through.
