Adventure Bay has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious Tidiest Town Contest, and victory seems imminent! However, Mayor Humdinger has other plans; he sends in his mischievous Kitten Catastrophe Crew to wreak havoc. The naughty kittens joyfully scramble through the town, creating chaos and undoing all the hard work the townspeople put into keeping it tidy.
