Pembleton and Bayliss delve into a homicide that took place in a LGBTQ+ community, where skinheads are the prime suspects and the victim's sexual orientation comes under scrutiny. The department enlists Brodie to film the detectives as they explore the crime scenes. A voice stress analyzer is introduced for a showcase. Meanwhile, Meldrick uncovers a clue that helps him solve a long-standing Crosetti case that even Howard had been unable to resolve, leading to some friction between the colleagues.
