Jack Keller (Alec Baldwin), once a protégé of Big Ed in the CIA, now works as a security consultant overseeing the Montecito's transition from analog to digital surveillance systems. Meanwhile, the country duo Brooks and Dunn enjoy a long winning streak at the craps table. The atmosphere takes a turn when Ed becomes furious after a comic's inappropriate jokes.
