Rosco has been documenting Boss Hogg's criminal activities in a diary for years. When two of Boss's disgruntled ex-associates discover this, they steal the diary and threaten to expose him unless they receive a hefty ransom. This puts Bo and Luke in a tough position: should they take down the crooks, whose crimes are worse than Boss's, or let justice be served and see their old rival face the consequences for his actions?
